We have secured a10 acre property in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, which will host our very first tiny home community.

The minimum rental purchase is 7 months. The maximum rental purchase is 36 months.

Renewal rent purchase will be at current community rate at time of renewal, so you can choose how long you want to lock in a guaranteed rate, up to 36 months maximum.

When we expand into new locations, you can move your tiny home to any of our properties that have available lots, anytime you want and the remaining time on your existing rental purchase will remain valid until renewal date.

You also have the freedom to leave our community for any reason, anytime & easily tow your tiny home away without the burden of your owned asset stuck in a financial commitment or otherwise in jeopardy.
